Exotica II Galaxy Dry-Hopped Juicy IPA with Lactose. We were lucky enough to secure these 2020 Galaxy hops, and knew we had to do something special with them. They just smelled so damn good. So we decided to focus on those amazing aromas by dry-hopping this with all the Galaxy we had. Starting with a base layer of Mosaic in the whirlpool, we double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Galaxy alone. The result is undoubtedly one of the best hoppy beers we’ve created to date. Inundated with aromas of candied tangerine, mango, pineapple, grapefruit rind, passion fruit and a lifting punch of dank weed. Plenty juicy, but still decidedly bitter, Exotica II falls into the nether region between East Coast and West Coast- insanely fruity and tropical, yet resinous and pithy. 7.6% ABV.
