Mixed Culture Buckwheat Saison – Zillicoah Collaboration
Brewed with malted buckwheat and rye malt then fermented with Zill’s house mixed culture, this tart saison brings vibrant fruity aromas, exquisite lemony acidity and subtle nutty grain notes from the specialty grains. This beer is our first dabble with mixed culture beer and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
