Half aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, half aged in apple brandy barrels, then heavily infused with Madagascar vanilla beans, this luscious imperial stout is layered with confectionery goodness. First impressions lead your nose down a path of fire-side s’mores, toffee, and sweet bourbon; followed by nuances of caramel apples, charred oak and oatmeal raisin cookies. Clocking in at 12.5% ABV. Barrel Aged for 12 months.  Limit 4x bottles per person (480 total bottles produced). $16 per bottle.
